3. Nature of the Procedure As correctly noted, Hair Transplant is a surgical procedure.

• It consists of harvesting hair follicles from genetically resistant areas (donor zones) and implanting them into hair-deficient regions (recipient zones).

• It is a redistribution of existing hair; the procedure does not create “new” hair.

• Like any surgical intervention, it carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: swelling, temporary shock loss (shedding of existing hair), infection, scarring, and asymmetry.
